Uses
2-hydroxyethyl urea is used in skin care products, sunscreen products, moisturizers, lotions, shampoo, hair conditioning agent, etc.
Properties
Hydroxyethylurea is stable over a wide range of pH and temperature.
It can be easily added to the aqueous phase at any temperature.
Suggested dosage: 1% to 20%.
